To Rich Hunn; I have read & reread the article and NOWHERE does it quote or mention anyone as being an " ex - California(n)." Am I misreading the article, or are you attempting to place blame where you want it to belong ??? The local businesspeople are concerned about the potential loss of tourist dollars from the appearance of stored RR cars. Not much more to the story that I can tell.
BTW, most everyone in California moved there from somewhere else, or is descended from someone who did. I recall a bar in Fullerton, CA that catered to transplanted Cornhuskers; University of Nebraska stuff all over the walls...
