BNSF PNW Meltdown Questions

With the near meltdown conditions on BNSF's lines east of Pasco and MRL's line east of Spokane, has there been any affect on the BNSF Gateway and Oregon Trunk Subdivisions? Have any trains been detoured across Utah and Nevada to Keddie and then north?
