Having been on a tour and looked into the firebox there are Ut marks every 6" or so on the side sheets and heavy water leakage on the rear tube sheet.more than I have ever seen pictures on other engines. I'm guessing you're one to know everything from your computer. I wouldn't count the 3985 out for good. Probably after 4014 they'll start on it. At least for now it is inside protected from the elements and away from valdals.
