I certaintly am lost about who you are talking about. However I will not give into a flame war like the ones you probably enjoy starting on T.O. I will advise you to actively take a look into why 3985 is down. I'm willing to bet you have not taken a look inside her firebox. If you think she is good to go with just rolling in tubes, well then you sure are chancing a lot at 280psi. You do know in the event of another boiler explosion, the FRA will probably put an end to steam locomotives.
