I for one am thankful for all the historic rolling stock that my grandchildren and their children will have the chance to see, and in some cases, watch operate. I have no interest in the internal politics of restoration and preservation, only the results. I applaud those who can sweat the sweat and bleed the blood and get dirty and tired nearly every day to make those result happen in spite of the politics. A whole lot more seems to get done with the leg and arm muscles than the jaw muscles. I salute those who shut up and get the job done, whatever the job is today, tomorrow or 5 years from now.
