I never said that. I said they have not done any of
the inspection work, they don't know whether or not
it needs any boiler work, and won't know unless and
until they do the full UT and run the numbers.
They have not even started to do that yet. The flues
are still in it. The lagging and jacket are still on it.
They have no plan to work on it, no workscope, and no
material to do the job. Nor do they have any intention
of doing it.
They will do nothing with 3985, very little with 844,
which has it's own issues right now, and will
concentrate on 4014.
