115# CWR is fine for way more than 100 cars a week. I've seen engineering reports that recommend 115# for lines having over 10 million gross tons annually and at speeds over 25-30 MPH for freight. It will easily handle 286,000 lb. cars.

Heck, I'll be sections of the old NWP were laid in 90#-100# stick rail when SP was hauling monster drags down the line.
