AGREE COMPLETELY!
115 lb rail is perfectly acceptable for most secondary and industrial track and is the lightest that the UP will allow for new industry track construction.
OPR is still running 286,000 cars over 4 miles of 75 CSR at 10 mph...so long as the ties and subgrade are maintained the lighter rail works fine. And, by the way, we have been replacing stretches of the 75 lb with 90 lb and 100 lb. 115 or 136 is considered a luxury!
