NWP traffic estimate

Someone asked about the current level of traffic. I seem to remember SMART saying they were dispatching approx 9 freight trains a month. I also seem to recall an average train was approx 7-10 cars. So the current freight load from beyond Lombard would be 60-90 cars.

Also the lumber operation near Schelleville requested their spur to be put back in service, the NCRA board meeting noted that PG&E was holding that up but it seemed it might be on track for this year.
