And it's all done under prevailing wage conditions!
OPR installed a new 115 lb turnout with all new ties and trim for a new industry for under $100,000. Since the new customer gives us around 40 cars a month of inbound steel we gladly installed the turnout and 150 feet of track to the derail at our cost!
This was unsignaled track but does include a grade crossing circuit that had to be dealt with.
