Was isn't the Minneapolis and St. Louis originally built to facilitate the movements of agricultural products?
South Dakota bought lines that were to be abandoned they thought would be needed and hired RR operators.
Would it be realistic to investigate reestablishing some of the abandoned rail lines in agricultural areas to better serve agricultural interests?
