Obviously you are unfamiliar with what is known "sarcasm." "BOB2" is simply expressing - in a sarcastic/satiric way - what at times seems to be the collective viewpoint of a sizeable number of Marin County dwellers (and a few others thrown in) that any form of rail-based, passenger-carrying conveyance (be it a BART, light-rail, or heavy rail-type of a solution) be rejected summarily and to vehemently oppose anyone or any organization that would dare propose or support such an obviously evil conspiracy to strip people from their umpteen-thousand dollar personal conveyance. Some of the arguments do have merit but the bulk of the opposition seem to express what might only be called delusional psychosis.
In other words, "David," lighten up, it's only rock 'n' roll . . . er, foaming. I would much rather read sarcastic posts by "BOB2" than some of the nonsense and pure BS that David Curlee seems to be OK with on here (that's right, I said it!!) All I know is that my good friend and founder of Altamont Press, the late Rob Carlson, would not allow even a sliver of what gets posted on here (who remembers the mysterious "Bealville Greaser" back in the day?) What a way for some of you to show respect for a good man (oh, oh - sarcasm alert).
