apparently you have not read all the original promotional literature,
or listen to the god in sacto by the name of quentin kopp, nor read
of the shenanigans, that the mtc, which was created to fund bart, has
pulled in the past, stealing billions from various transit agencies, it
would have been interesting if ac had gone thru with their court battle,
that would have exposed all the corruption, and back door deals, that
had occurred, but ac got bought off and settled out of court, thus
depriving all the other short changed transit agencies a chance at
justice, and enabling bart/mtc to continue to steal additional billions
from other deserving transit agencies, in closing quit sounding like a
schill or TROLL
