There was an article about this in an IEEE publication. It can produce 50 MW for fifteen minutes and then eat about 58 MW for fifteen minutes to "recharge". It runs at about 17 mph if producing maximum power and needs four or five miles of track over which it gains about 3,000 feet - a rather steep grade.
