That's absolutely correct. Rails end in the Costco parking lot. Any px getting that far would have to have other transportation to wherever they are going. An idea was floated to put some kind of transportation hub/park and ride on the old Fort Ord spur. Sorry about that. The State Parks now owns that land and it is ruled by the snowy plover. And yes, bodies would be placed on the tracks to stop them from getting into Marina. Life is incredibly complex around here.
