Seriously, it's that stupid paperwork/legality comment that makes you out to be a complete idiot, and where is it shown in that which planes were grounded, as it appears that many were grounded, because of load and fuel restrictions, not "paperwork".

And, yes the FRA does make locomotive manufacturers provide all kinds of "paperwork" and go through extensive testing, not on heat issues like planes, because lack of lift can cause planes to crash and kill people, but for plenty of other safety related testing where they have to submit "paperwork". So that ranting comment came straight from the usual "orifice", too.

So one might have to conclude by your usual bouts of such ignorant ranting, that maybe it's just you who is the one who is "spouting garbage" in this thread...? So please feel free to FO.
