What a bunch of BS. The NCRA has been without funding sense it's inception .It has a full time staff of two people and has to cannibalize it's property to keep the lights on .

Synonymouse quit spreading this BS. Exactly what subsidy money is the NCRA - NWP getting. You can't tell us because there is none. At the last NCRA meeting the NWP said it was profitable but barely.It has lost the tank car storage revenue. I think this year will be decisive. It will either fold, find new business to keep it going, or be sold to someone with the capital to expand north to the operating lumber mills.
