The NCRA owes money however their Property Management Co. has been up and running for over year and has finally caught up with leases on NCRA-NWP property and is generating around $300,000 a year. (This a matter of public record and can be found in the meeting minutes) With some pending real estate transactions, the NCRA will bring in several millions later this year allowing them to pay off some outstanding loans and other bills. NWP is profitable and this has been stated in open public meetings. The yearly tank car storage made the difference in the bottom line.
