A couple of other points.

The new warehouse being built in Schellville is not for wine storage. A spur will be built into the facility but they have no short term plans on using it.

The NWP never said it was not interested in operating north of Healdsburg, it will not however finance the repair work to get north of Healdsburg.

There are no rail customers south of Ignacio , no gauntlet tracks were built for freight and no freights are allowed per SMART agreement.
