Why do you feel the need to insult others to make your point? I was clarifying the news article that you originally posted that was trying to perpetuate the notion that PTC existed in the 1980s when it mentioned BN's system, and which you lended support to with your previous statement that "the technology and communications did exist". Sure, a version of it did, but one that would not work today nor meet the parameters of the congressional mandate. It's an important distinction to make to the lay person who reads drivel like this in the media then makes the leap that 'PTC has been here all along, why can't they just flip a switch and make it work now?'.
