As I type, I am hearing the dulcet tones of construction next door. The 100yr old shack was torm down and two SFDs are going up. I am a comfortable 12 min walk from Ashby BART. We do need more housing--we also need massively more and better transit--second Bay tube, trains on GGB, Richmond bridge, restore Dumbarton, and much more--and the cities and particularly the 'burbs need to be rezoned for greater density. If one wants to live in the empty places, I'm suethereis cheap land in Wyoming.
