It really doesn't matter what any of us think or say here on this site. WHY ? Your next door neighbor(s) who might be one of the people who is in charge of the taxpayers funds will always do as they wish & desire despite how wrong or how bad of a choice they decided to make. The real problem is way too much power for those in power and very little power for those who see the waste but are very restricted at the moment due to constraints put in place by those in power.

The problem & ongoing problems/issues on the NWP mirror some of the frustration over here in the Suisun Valley and the nearby cities. The STA is controlled by those "same level of mental capacity" next door neighbor(s) who are short minded idiots that are in some way related to those who are in control of SMART and the NCRA. All rational thinking goes completely out the door when a constant flow of tax dollars is at hand.

If a construction company or a contractor who receives public funds misuses those funds, why then are they held liable for their actions and held to a higher level of accountability when other in power (SMART, NCRA & STA) are completely let go without the same conditions ? Because we let it happen on a continual basis and after awhile, it's "business as usual", right ?
