You got that right, OPB. Some readers want to beat this to death. There is no reason in the world for the list owner to reply personally to Mongo or anyone else. Furthermore, there is no legitimate reason for some poster called Mongo to post anything here knocking other Web sites with their own personal gripes and hurt feelings. If someone cannot abide by rules on TO and gets the boot, walk away and forget it. The "buyer beware" line is just crap; not any public service, merely an opinion, more like whining. If anti-TO feelings are so strong, don't mooch off this free Web site to post such statements; start your own site and say what you want to the entire world.

David deserves recognition for showing so much toleration. Founder Rob Carlson would have killed this thread long ago. When the timetables and Web site bite the dust, we'll all survive. Like manuy, I'll miss Dave's presence at Winterail and appreciate all he's done for railfans and rails, too.
