John, I believe that Sam has it right...both 2476 & 77 were regulars on 129/132. I saw 'em many times during the week when I was a kid. They regularly backed up on a portion of the run down at the Vasona end. While they could have seen duty to Monterey, I'm not sure when & how often. Sam mentioned the engine numbers that were regulars.
As an aside, both 2476 and 77 were used quite frequently all the way to SLO during WW2.
