I don't think anyone was disputing the fact that the railroad is operational in some form or another, but in your original call-out post you made it seem like a mainline that could see action at any time. I highly doubt that Rasputin would run his speeder without permission and confirmation that he would not see any other movements, so why ask a stupid question like that in the first place? If someone is going to make a rogue speeder run on an operational railroad with no permission whatsoever, you really think they would be posting about it in an online forum?
