It is a "mainline" that could see action at any time until they are on some sort of a 9-5 M-W-F schedule. I have no idea who "Rasputin" is so why would I assume that he wouldn't be a rogue speeder anymore than I would assume he has all the authority in the world to do so? I think we all have seen our fare share of stupid foamer antics, there are plenty who do whatever they want on RR property, at times myself included. I absolutely would expect someone to post their unauthorized speeder run just as much as the opposite.
Your level of calling me out while being guilty of exactly the same thing smacks of only one person. The only thing obvious here is your level of double-standard hypocrisy. Perhaps you should chill out as well then.
