I don't want to waste much more time talking about this, but I will say that I was never part of this "it will never happen" crowd. You really have no idea who I am, so don't go assuming that I am automatically in the anti-NWP camp. I have lived in Cotati for 14 years now and have watched the work progress, and now trains have finally returned at long last.

So far, the only useful information you have provided is that a) the new leased Genset is a pile of crap and b) the railroad is operational. How about you stick to your so-called information instead of injecting negativity into every NWP thread?
