Hey good for you. At least someone is doing something pro-active. I threw that day out there for the sake of the discussion. If you took that to heart or thought I was passing on information I received elsewhere, you are reading way to much into every word I say. All I was stating is that the NWP has been operating trains and equipment on the line for over two years. That's all I was ever saying. This is fact, it's not disputable. Somehow I'm a know-it-all, etc. because I dared to say that. Anyone arguing whether the runs were considered an "industrial operation" or an operating "common-carrier" railroad is missing the point.

BTW, I thought you were tired of reading my posts with all their "foul language" and mis-information?
