While I respect your experience and knowledge running a railroad, etc., I don't care what the legal definition of an operating railroad is. If there are trains (ie. a geep with six centerbeams or a geep with two grain hoppers) running on a section of track, it is an operating railroad. For the purposes of the previous conversation, the NWP has been running trains in some form for over two years. I may be a negative opinionated jerk, but it isn't in dispute as to the operations of the NWP.

Also, I don't buy the whole "I'm in the know but won't tell" BS. You can plead the fifth all you want, you're still guilty. If you deny something without providing evidence, you're full of @#$%&. End of discussion.
