A number of years ago in the San Francisco Bay Area, there were two communities where people shot at motor vehicles on the highways below from overpasses. It's not fair at all. I can recall a personal experience riding in a crew car headed westbound in Hayward going toward Oakland, that a crew member closed the doors on the eastbound side of the car stating that they do this as a matter of practice as they had been shot at in that area in the past. It happens sports fans. Did we get shot at that particular day. Fortunately no.
