I've been walking in fields near the RR right of way with my rifle slung over my shoulder looking for varmits to nail. Not once have I ever been called in. Of course I am not on RR property, maybe within that stupid 70ft BS area that the RR claims is theirs, but I'm sure the farmer I talked to that let me on their property would have a different say about that. Also, I'm not shooting at the train which I'm pretty sure is the key.
