FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK? Why bother if he's illegal anyway? Just change your name from Macario Medina to Frederico Baptista or something else and keep on driving. AND, the curve at Guernsey (where 703 was pulling out of) is NOT 79MPH, it's 65. Besides, Kansas Ave. is a major pain in the ass as it is. THAT crossing is hugely busy ALL THE TIME. And it was a truck hauling cotton seed, which is fed to cows. It is very light and loose, even when jammed in by a Bobcat. It probaly did not meet the GVW criteria for regualtion.

Just a few years ago, a truck hauling lemon peel (more cow chow) went around/through the gates at the same spot, but plowed into a westbound Amtrak train, with minor derailment, injuries and a lot of grief.

Since we can't cure stupid, how about an overpass instead of making Haliburton, et. al. rich on the other side of the world?
