Have not heard if that has been resolved yet. Fine print in contract was up to interpration as to what was an active spur and what wasn't. There is a number of switches that SMART was to replace and any switches beyond that number NWP/customer would have to pay for.

Romur is that NWP will get to Healdsburg this summer but no work other than brush clearing has been done.

Who knows when they will get to Cloverdale, I wouldn't hold your breath. Getting to Ukiah through the Russian River canyon will be a major undertaking. One tunnel had a fire and both portals are sealed off. Numerous slids and slips.
