Logging restrictions responsible for shutting down mills in Cali? More pure bull....from those who need some vague dubious villain to blame for changes they can't control nor apparently comprehend?

Maybe the virtual clear cutting of 98% of the redwood forests in Cali over the last 165 years has had a lot more to do with mills shutting down.....?

Just saying....that it might have something to do with it?

The few remaining redwood stands in private hands are valuable, and are being cut, but very slowly, so the ability to create volumes of rail carload shipments is limited.
