You're pretty good a writing emotionally charged buzzwords that look good on paper:

Do you apply these to yourself when driving your automobile? Come to a full stop behind the line at each and every stop sign? Never ever exceed speed limits by more than 3 mph? Never have become a bit drowsy while driving because you unexpectedly got caught in a traffic jam? Probably not because you're human, with all the frailties the rest of us have, yet you expect locomotive engineers to be super-human in these respects. If only getting along in life was so simple and clear-cut.
