Well I would like to get some of that clear cut redwood used to shore up tunnels back in the day. Would make some great flooring.

I do not live up in the Bay Area. Could someone give coordinates for the tunnel in question?

I also agree 60 million is a lot, but assuming that it needs to be upgraded to modern standards, I suspect they could do it for 20-40 mil.
