Where is ST Clair?

I drive from Yelm into Olympia nightly and saw a string of grain cars on the tracks that go towards Union Mill Ave. Tracks run along Hwy 510 then veer off.

I've seen strings of BNSF Grain cars parked on this area a few times now.

I was told that was originally UP trackage?
