George, I've seen that BN Caboose in Dupont too when I drive South on I-5 daily.

I have seen Tacoma Rail 2 locomotives sitting there in Dupont, that's why I thought they were still running down to Union Mill / Lacey.

Is Tacoma Rail servicing the Tacoma industries from Center St / S Tacoma way area from Dupont?

Assuming they can't haul freight cars up the Sound Transit Line along S Tacoma Way?

Oh and anyone know how much fuel a locomotive burns per hour when sitting idling? I see the TR ones and they don't move much, so wonder how much $ per day that costs? I see the WWR locomotive often and it's not idling, they always shut it down, why not TR doing the same?
