Yes, stupidly they cannot use the ST trackage between Freighthouse Square and South Tacoma, so they drag the tonnage all the way around to Nisqualy and then up through Dupont. I have actually thought about petitioning ST to let Tacoma Rail and BNSF use that for local traffic. Its wasteful not to and counter to their "enviro" motives.
