After I saw a picture of the grain derailment, I am pretty sure the cars were on the Quadlock spur, AKA the old NP line from St Clair through Lacey into Olympia that was severed when the freeway was redone in the 80's. Now what I really don't know is why on earth there were soybeans on that line, unless BN is switching Quadlock with the Mobase turn now that TR is no longer servicing Olympia.
