What can I say......nope, the location probably would not make it a SANBAG project. Maybe staff was just testing to see if the CTC members were actually reading the agenda....or maybe to the CTC staff in Sacramento, it's all the same down here in the provinces?
The "greater" Yuma "metropolitan planning organization" sort of "includes" this area, and that may reference the pass through of Federal fund to that "metropolitan area". Yuma MPO "coordinates" the planning of transportation projects in this area with SCAG and IVAG. This grade separation they are talking about, is, if I recall correctly, near Winterhaven, in CA and in Imperial County.
