Hi Misty,
I stand corrected .It was Mr.Walter's response to Mike Arnold I was referring to. The lawsuit does not address the quarry at Island Mountain. Yhe legal point that you may explain to me is this. The track repair project extends only to Windsor and is funded only to Windsor. The current plans are to run trains only to Windsor. Why would an EIR be required beyond Windsor ? Using your logic why stop at Eureka? ..... Hell ,the old ROW goes clear to Blue lake.
