I didn't know him very well, only through the annual Winterails when their booth was acrosss from the AP booth. He was a gentleman and a gentle man. It was painful to see "the lights going out", though we have the incredible legacy of his work. Our hearts particularly are with his loving and devoted wife Shirley Burman who has borne the burden of his care as he faded away. The caregivers of those afflicted with Alzheimers are the ones most deserving the honors.
