I forgot to mention that the carrier could have also saved line miles labor by calling the crews under the reduced pay of Flip Rate. Instead, they pay two seperate Trip Rate tickets in their current operation, because the deadhead crew has to tie up at the AFHT, then get called under a new ticket.
