That's the way I see it. The Democrat Super Majority knows they have to build HSR to keep lower class citizens in the state paying the ever exorbitant taxes they create. HSR being critical to alleviate the high cost of housing in the big city's (ABAG isn't working)By allowing urban sprawl in the central value. Imagine thousands of blue collar workers getting on the train at four in the morning in Fresno to go to work in the Bay Area.
