out*that*the*two*largest*contributors*to*that*bald*headed*idiots*campaign*
were*big*oil*and*socal*real*estate*developers*now*what*do*you*think*the*
expected*in*return?,actually*it*is*the*land*owners*in*merced*county*that*
will*see*the*first*benefits*(rezoning),*then*as*the*system*expands*more*
counties*and*land*owners*will*benefit(rezoning),*due*to*a*corrupt*political*
system,*the*main*problem*which*has*yet*to*be*overcome*is*the*availibility*
of*WATER*,*the*fact*that*the*entire*west*coast*from*the*rockies*to*the*pacific*
has*been*in*a*drought*for*approx*the*last*15*years,*and*if*you*need*proof*of*
this*consider*the*fact*that*socals's*main*reservoir*(pyramid*lake),is*completely*
full*(in*the*middle*of*a*drought),while*norcal's*reservoir's*have*been*depleted*
to*an*average*of*10-15*percent,*and*mandatory*rationing*is*rearing*it's*ugly*head,
now*where*do*you*think*that*this*windfall*came*from?,*not*only*once*but*twice*
within*the*last*six*years?,and*who*do*you*think*has*the*final*say*with*the*dwr?,
