There is an International Paper plant at the end of that spur ("Quadlock") that within the last year, when I last drove by it, had some cars (I recall them being boxcars) on the spur going into the plant. I don't know if it still uses rail service or not, but the crossing flashers, etc. where the line crosses Marvin Road appear to be in operating condition.
