The lawsuit (and ultimately the "connection") is why the NCRA is aggressively seeking to distance itself from the Port of Humboldt Bay dealings. Surprising perhaps that there have been no public discussions about the container port proposed by Goldman Sachs between the Port and NCRA. I gues that would be admiting the NCA hass actual plans for the north end.
