Kopp and SF continue to fight over downtown hsr station

It appears that Quentin Kopp and the CHSRA want to move the hsr terminus to Beale Street. Reopening this controversy could lead to calls to reconsider other contentious issues such as Pacheco vs. Altamont and the Tehachapis vs. the Grapevine.
