Full NTSB report on the 2011 BNSF rear-end collision at Red Oak, IA [link]

The NTSB has released its full report on the April 2011 rear-end collision between two BNSF trains near Red Oak, IA, that resulted in fatalties to both crewmembers of the striking train. A link to the report in the .pdf format can be found here: [www.ntsb.gov]
